What we collect

When you book a call through our website, we ask for two things:

• Your work email address — so we can reach you about the call and follow up.
• Your mobile number — an Australian mobile, so we can confirm the booking and call you.

We only ask for what we need to schedule and run that conversation. We don't ask for, or want, more than that to get you booked in.

How we use it

We use the details you give us to schedule your call, to contact you about it, and to follow up afterwards. We don't sell your information, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing without your consent.

Who we share it with

We use cal.com to handle our bookings. When you submit the booking form, the details you entered are sent to cal.com to create and manage your appointment. Your information is handled under cal.com's own privacy policy. We don't share your details with any other third party except where we're required to by law.

Where it's stored

Your booking details are held by us and by our scheduling provider, cal.com. Because cal.com operates services that may store or process data outside Australia, your information may be handled overseas when a call is booked. We take reasonable steps to keep your information secure and to limit access to those who need it.

Accessing or deleting your details

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you at any time. Email agent@estimatehero.ai and we'll action your request and confirm once it's done. If you'd like the details you submitted to our scheduling provider removed as well, let us know and we'll arrange it.
